**Egyptian Swiss for Pasta and Milling Expands Exports to Over 60 Countries and Enters 13 New Markets**

The Egyptian Swiss Group for Pasta, Milling, and Concentrates announced its expansion into 13 new markets this year, bringing the total number of countries reached by the Group’s products to over 60 worldwide. This comes as part of a plan aimed at boosting exports and diversifying foreign markets, with plans to enter the Chinese market in the coming period.
Eng. Ahmed El-Sebaei, General Manager of the Egyptian Swiss Group for Pasta, Milling, and Concentrates, revealed that the new expansions included the Group’s various products, including pasta, flour, and tomato paste. These expansions spanned markets in Europe, Africa, Asia, as well as North and Latin America, thereby enhancing the geographical footprint of its exports and reducing reliance on a limited number of markets.
El-Sebaei stated that the Group succeeded in introducing its tomato paste products to the markets of Romania, Greece, France, and Zambia for the first time. This step aims to increase the global presence of the concentrates and tomato paste sector, in parallel with expanding the export of value-added products.
He added that flour exports also witnessed an expansion this year, with the Group’s products entering the Comoros market. This falls within a strategy aimed at enhancing the Group’s penetration within the African continent, which represents one of the primary markets for Egyptian food products, particularly flour and pasta.
