Rwanda’s ambassador to Cairo, Dan Munyuza, visited the Egyptian Swiss Group’s factories for grinding, pasta and concentrates to discuss enhancing joint cooperation with the group during the coming period.
The ambassador revealed Rwanda’s desire to increase the rates of trade exchange, especially since Egypt and Rwanda are bound by the COMESA Agreement, which grants preference and customs exemption for products between the agreement’s countries.
During his visit, the ambassador called on the group to establish a central warehouse in Rwanda to be a center for exporting the group’s products to Rwanda and surrounding countries that enjoy a high density and purchasing power of food products.
