Prime Minister Inspects Egyptian Swiss Group’s Pasta, Milling, and Concentrate Factories in 10th of Ramadan City
On Saturday, Prime Minister Dr. Mostafa Madbouly visited the facilities of the Egyptian Swiss Group for Pasta, Milling, and Concentrates in 10th of Ramadan City.
Accompanying him were Eng. Kamel El-Wazir, Deputy Prime Minister for Industrial Development and Minister of Industry and Transport; Dr. Nahed Youssef, Chairwoman of the General Authority for Industrial Development; Doaa Salima, Executive Director of the Industrial Modernization Center; and Eng. Alaa Abdallah, Head of the 10th of Ramadan City Development Authority.
The delegation was received by Eng. Hani El Lawendy, Chairman of the Group.
Eng. Ahmed El-Sebaey, General Manager of the company, noted that the group’s factories span an area of 35,000 square meters, with plans to invest $10 million in expanding production capacity to meet growing demand in both export markets and the local market.
El-Sebaey explained that the Egyptian Swiss Group was founded in 1995, beginning its operations in grain and flour trading. In 2003, it established its first mill in Assiut Governorate, expanded to Borg El Arab in 2007, and later to 10th of Ramadan City in 2010. The pasta factory was launched in 2013, followed by the concentrates plant. In 2018, the group merged its milling operations to enhance operational efficiency.
The General Manager added that the group currently operates:

A pasta factory with a production capacity of 8,000 tons per month

Two flour mills with a combined capacity of 30,000 tons of flour per month

A sauce (concentrates) factory producing 3,000 tons per month

Metal silos at its facilities in 10th of Ramadan and Borg El Arab, with a total wheat storage capacity of 50,000 tons
