Prime Minister Inspects “Egyptian Swiss” Factories in 10th of Ramadan City, Praises Progress in Production
Today, Prime Minister Dr. Mostafa Madbouly visited the factories of the Egyptian Swiss Group, specialized in the production of pasta, milling, and concentrates, during his tour of 10th of Ramadan City.
He was accompanied by Lieutenant General Eng. Kamel El-Wazir, Deputy Prime Minister for Industrial Development and Minister of Industry and Transport; Dr. Nahed Youssef, Chairwoman of the General Authority for Industrial Development; Doaa Salima, Executive Director of the Industrial Modernization Center; and Eng. Alaa Abdallah, Head of the 10th of Ramadan City Development Authority.
The delegation was received by Eng. Hani El Lawendy, Chairman of the Group.
During the visit, the Prime Minister listened to a presentation by Eng. Ahmed El-Sebaey, General Manager of the company, who explained that the group’s factories cover an area of 35,000 square meters, and preparations are underway to invest $10 million to increase production capacity, aiming to meet rising demand both domestically and internationally.
El-Sebaey noted that the group was established in 1995, beginning its activity in grain and flour trading, and later expanded with the establishment of mills and factories in Assiut, Borg El Arab, and 10th of Ramadan City. The first pasta factory was launched in 2013, followed by the concentrates factory. In 2018, milling operations were integrated to enhance operational efficiency.
The group currently operates:

A pasta factory with a monthly production capacity of 8,000 tons

Two flour mills with a combined monthly capacity of 30,000 tons

A sauce/concentrate factory producing 3,000 tons per month

Metal silos with a total wheat storage capacity of 50,000 tons
El-Sebaey emphasized that the group exports 80% of its production to over 40 countries across Africa, Asia, Europe, and Latin America, relying on high quality standards and global certifications.
