The Food Industries Export Council, with the participation of a number of Egyptian food industry companies, is participating in the World Food Istanbul 2024 exhibition during the period from 3 to 6 September.
Ahmed Al-Sibai, a member of the Export Council for Food Industries, said that participation this year came in line with the successes achieved by participation in the exhibition during its editions in 2022 and 2023, pointing out that the participation of companies aims to attract new customers from participating in the exhibition during the past two years, as well as this year in Several markets, including Turkey.
He explained that Turkey is considered one of the largest competitors of the Egyptian pasta and flour product in Africa specifically, and pointed out that the participation comes within the Egyptian pavilion of food industry companies, organized by the Export Council for Food Industries, which includes a group

He explained that pasta export rates achieved a jump during the current year with the restoration of markets that were affected by the pasta export ban and the end of the Corona epidemic, in addition to the success of the Egyptian product in meeting the increasing demand from neighboring countries in Africa and Asia.
