As part of efforts to align education with labor market needs, the egyptian swiss Group for Pasta, Milling, and Concentrates participated in the 2026 Annual Recruitment Forum of the Faculty of Agriculture at Ain Shams University, held on February 15–16. The event was held under the auspices of Dr. Mohamed Diaa Zien El-Abdeen, President of Ain Shams University, and Dr. Walaa Mohamed Abdel Ghani, Dean of the Faculty of Agriculture, with wide participation from leading companies in the agricultural and food sectors.
The President of Ain Shams University praised the participation of egyptian swiss in the forum, emphasizing that collaboration with major industrial entities is a key pillar in developing the university education system, particularly in applied fields linked to the production sector. He noted that bridging academic education with the labor market is a top priority for the university, helping to graduate qualified professionals equipped with the skills and experience required by modern industrial sectors.
He added that the annual recruitment forum serves as an effective platform to strengthen partnerships between the university and the private sector, opening real opportunities for students and graduates to access training and employment, thereby supporting sustainable development goals and enhancing youth readiness for the labor market.
