Egyptian Swiss Milling plans to increase flour production capacity to 1,900 tons per day

The Egyptian Swiss Group for Pasta, Grinding and Concentrates is participating in the “SIAL Paris” international exhibition for food industries, which will be held in the French capital, Paris, from October 19 to 23, 2024.

The company’s participation comes within its strategy to strengthen its presence in global markets and increase its exports, in conjunction with expansion plans aimed at increasing its production capacity in the fields of pasta, flour and sauce manufacturing.

Plans to increase production and export

Engineer Ahmed El Sebaei, General Manager of the Egyptian Swiss Group, explained that the group seeks to enhance its exports to many markets and seeks to increase its pasta exports by 50%, as part of its expansion plan in international markets, especially in West Africa and South America.

Al-Sibai added that the demand for the company’s products has witnessed a noticeable increase in these markets recently, benefiting from the absence of Turkish competition, which gave Egyptian-Swiss an opportunity to expand and enhance its share in these markets.

Al-Sibai confirmed that the group is currently working to enhance its production capabilities to keep pace with the increasing global demand for its food products, noting that the company always seeks to meet the needs of global markets with the highest efficiency.
