The Egyptian Swiss Group for Pasta, Milling, and Concentrates announced a new achievement after increasing its share of Egypt’s pasta exports to account for 10% of total national exports, in addition to reaching a 15% share of Egypt’s flour exports. The group is also participating for the tenth consecutive year in the Food Africa Exhibition, continuing its expansion into new export markets.

Engineer Ahmed El-Sebaei, General Manager of the egyptian swiss Group for Pasta, Milling, and Concentrates, revealed that the group is currently undergoing one of its strongest expansion phases in international markets. This comes after achieving a notable increase in its share of Egypt’s exports, reflecting the company’s strong performance compared to overall Egyptian market indicators, which have seen a decline in flour export volumes compared to last year.

He also pointed out that the group doubled its pasta exports this year, successfully capturing around 10% of total exports in this sector, while flour exports recorded a growth of approximately 30%.

Total Egyptian flour exports during the period from January to September 2025 reached around 676,000 tons, while total Egyptian pasta exports amounted to approximately 178,000 tons during the same period.
