“Egyptian Swiss” Strengthens Its International Expansion Through Strategic Participation in **Gulfood 2026**

The Egyptian Swiss Group for Pasta, Milling, and Food Concentrates continues to strengthen its global presence through its regular annual participation in Gulfood 2026, as part of an expansion strategy aimed at increasing exports and opening new channels for commercial cooperation with major international importers and distributors. This participation underscores the Group’s commitment to carefully planned expansion in various foreign markets, which represent a key strategic pillar for the growth of Egyptian food industry exports and for enhancing the competitiveness of Egyptian products worldwide.

Eng. Ahmed El-Sebaie, General Manager of the Egyptian Swiss Group, stated that the Group places great importance on its annual participation in Gulfood, as it is the largest specialized event in the food and beverage sector in the Middle East and Africa, bringing together thousands of buyers and importers from around the world. He emphasized that the exhibition serves as a key platform to explore the latest trends and products in the food industry, as well as an opportunity for direct engagement with existing and potential clients and for showcasing the improvements and developments in the Group’s production lines.

El-Sebaie also highlighted that the record achieved by Egyptian food industry exports for the first time in 2025, reaching $6.8 billion, reflects significant growth in the exports of several food products, along with expansion into numerous regional and international markets. He added that this achievement serves as a strong incentive for Egyptian companies to continue boosting their exports, raising the profile of the “Made in Egypt” brand internationally, and supporting the country’s foreign exchange resources.
