The Egyptian Swiss Group for Pasta, Grinding and Concentrates is participating for the third year in a row in the World Food Istanbul 2024 exhibition during the period from 3 to 6 September.

Ahmed El Sebaei, General Manager of the Egyptian Swiss Group, said that participation this year came in line with the successes achieved by participation in the exhibition during its two editions in 2022 and 2023.

He revealed that the group was able to attract new customers to participate in the exhibition during the past two years, as well as this year in several markets, including Turkey.

He stated that the participation comes within the Egyptian pavilion for food industry companies, organized by the Export Council for Food Industries, which includes a diverse group of producing companies that have a strong export history with a highly competitive product in quality and price.

He explained that pasta export rates achieved a jump during the current year with the restoration of markets that were affected by the pasta export ban and the end of the Corona epidemic, in addition to the success of the Egyptian product in meeting the increasing demand from neighboring countries in Africa and Asia.

The “World Food Istanbul” exhibition is considered the leading international exhibition in Turkey for the food and beverage industry, as the exhibition provides an opportunity for participating companies to communicate directly with importers and representatives of retail chains and wholesalers interested in purchasing food products from various parts of the world.
