Our fully automated lab-monitored Pasta Factory combines three Italian production lines, with integrated packaging systems that allow multiple packaging techniques and sizes. The main categories of pasta shapes include Short Pasta and Long Pasta; the first Short Pasta line with a production rate of 3 tons per hour, the second Short Pasta line with a production rate of 6 tons per hour and the Long Pasta line producing 3 tons per hour, all adding up to a produce of 7000 tons per month.
